gaip4d operates under international licensing and is hosted outside Indonesia. Indonesia's gambling laws, primarily the Public Gambling Act of 1867, predate the internet era and do not explicitly address online gambling. The legal status of participating in offshore online gambling from Indonesia remains legally ambiguous. By using gaip4d, you acknowledge this ambiguity and accept full responsibility for your decision to participate. To register an account with gaip4d, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information must match the details on your government-issued identification documents. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
gaip4d is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players. You will be required to submit the following documents for KYC verification:
Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. Your account may have limited functionality until verification is complete, and withdrawals are not permitted until full KYC verification has been approved. gaip4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method as displayed during the deposit process. All deposits must originate from a payment source in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be reversed.
Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly upon successful processing by your bank or payment provider. gaip4d does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your payment source to cover the deposit amount plus any applicable fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. First-time withdrawals require full KYC verification to be completed. Most withdrawal requests are processed within 1-6 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 WIB), though some withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on verification requirements and payment method processing times.
gaip4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where suspicious activity is detected. We may also require proof of deposit method ownership. Withdrawals may be declined if account information does not match verification documents, if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or if any terms violation is suspected.
gaip4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. As part of our AML obligations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts used solely to transfer funds without genuine gaming activity will be flagged, investigated, and potentially reported to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable funds. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 2,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Abuse of bonuses including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, coordinated betting patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus fraud will result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and potential account closure. gaip4d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings at its sole discretion if abuse is detected.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirmation. gaip4d reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or bets placed after an event has started (except for designated live betting markets). In cases of disputes regarding bet outcomes, the decision of gaip4d is final.
Sports betting markets are governed by specific rules applicable to each sport and bet type. Official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body are used to settle bets. If an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, bets may be voided or settled according to the specific sport's rules. Full sports betting rules are available in our FAQ section. For football betting (including bandar bola markets popular among Indonesian players), Asian handicap, Over/Under, and other markets follow industry-standard rules.
All casino games including slots, table games, live dealer games, and crash games use certified random number generation or live dealer procedures audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games. Live dealer games follow standard casino rules, and dealer decisions are final. Disconnections during gameplay are handled according to each game provider's specific disconnection policies, typically preserving your bet and resolving it according to the actual outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gaip4d disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
gaip4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of gaip4d services shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, actions of third-party payment providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. You accept all risks associated with online gambling, including the risk of losing money.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which gaip4d's gaming license is issued. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of gaip4d services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in English.
Before initiating formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact gaip4d customer support to attempt resolution informally. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support team. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
gaip4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms, suspicious activity, fraud, abuse, or at our sole discretion. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to gaip4d, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not absolve you of any obligations under these terms, and you remain liable for any outstanding balances or violations committed prior to closure.
